We also employ a Personal Real Estate Assistant who provides expertise in Marketing, Sales and Computer support to me and especially my clients.

Coldwell Banker Realty is continuously striving to help in the selling of your home. We provide our sellers with a Weekly and Monthly Marketing Activity Report of their property. These reports will show feedback from showings, activity from a number of websites along with any needed Competitive Market Analysis. Sellers will receive these until the property is sold.
